There are insurances that we're not in network with. Either the insurance will only pay 50% of your bill or nothing at all.

  • Davis Vision

  • Department of Social Health Services Foster Care

  • Humana (PPO covers 50% of medical bill and we are completely out of network with the HMO plan)

  • Meritain (Covers 50% of medical bill)

  • Oregon Health Authority

  • Optum Care Network (We're not contracted with any Optum plans regardless of UHC, MCA, ect; "Optum" will be located on the back of your card if present)

  • Spectera

  • Superior

  • United Healthcare (Vision benefit we're not in network with, medical we are.)
